This project went far beyond a conventional remodel; it was a true co-creation process between the homeowners and our design team. Using a color palette deeply inspired by the surroundings—dominated by rich wood tones, deep browns, crisp whites, and commanding black accents—we transformed a traditional property into a high-end contemporary canvas.
The Masterpiece: A Chef’s Kitchen with a Double Island and Open Concept
The starting point for this radical transformation was the main living area. To fulfill the homeowners' vision of a fluid, integrated layout, we began by removing a structural wall in the kitchen area, paving the way for a stunning open-concept space that seamlessly connects with the expansive outdoor views.

Modern Contrasts: The custom cabinetry balances the warmth of natural wood with upper glass-front cabinets enclosed in sleek black frames. Additionally, every window in the space was detailed with bold black frames, framing the winter scenery like a piece of fine art.

In the double-height great room, the goal was to refine the existing elements and imbue them with newfound sophistication:
Brand-New Hardwood Flooring: The old flooring was entirely replaced with premium hardwood in light, natural tones. This material was meticulously selected to complement the new interior design while flooding the entire main floor with immense luminosity.

An oasis that breathes elegance and freshness. It pairs the warmth of a custom vanity in fine wood with veined white marble countertops and premium fixtures in a sophisticated satin gold tone. The wet area is a visual masterpiece, featuring rectangular green tiles installed vertically around the tub to maximize the sense of height, and arranged in an intricate herringbone pattern in the adjoining shower, all framed with elegant gold trim.
2. The Navy Blue & Terracotta Bathroom
For this bathroom, we opted for a bold, avant-garde color profile. The main shower walls boast brilliant navy blue tiles, while the back accent wall breaks the depth with a warm, earthy terracotta hue. The design is completed with a natural river rock shower floor in dark tones and a heavily veined natural stone threshold, creating a unique sensory experience.
